Are you having trouble putting baby to bed at night? Then you have to try our sleep bag. So many moms report that it helps their baby sleep through the night. And since it's the safest alternative to a blanket in bed, it helps reduce the risk of SIDS too. That's probably why it was voted the No. 1 Wearable Blanket by The Bump (2019). Our sleep bag is made of 97% rayon of bamboo so it feels buttery soft and breathable. It features a J-shaped double zipper, which makes it super easy to use. At 1.0 TOG, it's the ideal warmth year-round.

TOG is a rating system that measures warmth and calculates how quickly a fabric uses heat. It is the standard when choosing the appropriate sleeping bag for your baby depending on the ambient temperature in their nursery. We recommend a thicker tog during cooler months and a thinner size during warmer months.

1.0 TOG: 21 - 23 C / 69 - 73 F

Exterior: 97% Rayon from Bamboo, 3% Spandex

Filling: 100% Polyester

Washing:

When washing any of your baby’s clothes, think less is more. You want to use a detergent that doesn’t contain any fragrances, dyes, or other extras that can irritate your baby’s already sensitive skin. You will also want to avoid anything that has optical brighteners. Just a nice, gentle cleaner is all that is needed, please no bleach. It’s also important that your detergent doesn’t leave any residues that could cause irritation or leave the fabric not as soft as before. You can add white vinegar to the wash as a natural fabric softener.

Don’t just throw your baby items into the regular wash with your clothes. Give them a little special treatment and wash them separately on gentle cycle with cold water. This will help prevent pilling and maintain the quality of the fabric for longer. Hand washing is another alternative if you have the time. Just be sure to completely rinse all of the soap from the item so it won’t discolor the fabric or irritate baby’s skin.

This is the best way to wash your bamboo clothing:
· Cold water
· Delicate cycle
· Turn off agitator if that is an option
· With like fabrics (bamboo only)
· Layette should be washed inside out, zipped/buttoned up to decrease piling
· Sleep bags should NOT be washed inside out, but should be zipped up completely to protect the inner quilting
We do not recommend using the dryer. We recommend hanging or laying flat to dry. Open your sleep bags when drying them and point a fan towards them to help drying time indoors.

If you are in a time crunch, you could tumble dry on low heat or a cool setting, but take them out when they’re still a little damp then let them air dry the rest of the way. However, know that this can cause pilling on your fabrics.
